Important information:

• A $25 Patron Ad (text only, no image or graphics) is limited to 60 characters including spaces and punctuation. Patron ads that exceed 60 characters should be submitted as 1/8 page ads at the $75 rate. All patron ads will be typeset by the editor for conformity.

• Above you will find a link to download the playbill ad template. Use the template as a guide for creating your digital ad. Your ad must fit within the borders of the ad size you have selected.

• Please name your ad file to include both the name of the dancer or business the ad is for AND the size of the ad. For example, if you are submitting a half page ad for your dancer whose name is Mary Sunshine, please save your ad with the file name marysunshine_half.pdf (not “nutcracker ad 24”).

• Save your fully designed, PRINT READY file as a .jpg, .jpeg, or .pdf file with a resolution of 300 ppi or greater. PDF is preferred and works best.

• Exact reproduction of Word or Pages files cannot be guaranteed. If you use one of these programs to design your ad, you will need to save it as a pdf before uploading. We cannot accept PowerPoint, Publisher or Excel files.
